Haven is a one-time coaching session for midlife women who have a desire live to their fullest potential.

This is your opportunity to experience what it’s like to work with me.
In this one on one session, we will meet for 90 minutes where you will be given an opportunity to experience deep nourishment through being seen and held. It is through slowing down and creating safety in the body that you remember who you truly are.
In your session we slowly begin befriending the body, while inquiring and attending to your specific needs. My hope is that through discovering the strength of your loving awareness and learning to attune to your body, you can come to know your deepest Self that has the capacity to welcome and hold all parts of the human experience.

Inspired by the rested path framework, we focus on creating a ‘rested life.’ To create a rested life, it begins with a rested body.
Rest is a coaching package designed to help you reconnect with and build safety within your body. Here we begin to look at the ways that you have outsourced your safety, your worth and slowly turn inward to reclaim your aliveness. We also begin to consider your intentions for your life, and identify what gets in the way of you living on a more ‘rested path.’

Inside this container, rest and listen to the desires of your heart. We begin to design a plan for taking action on all you want, but from a rested place-a place of true sovereignty. Not pushing or proving, but from your rested body and rested voice. Those places that feel deeply meaningful, spacious and whole. We look deeply at the concept of freedom and develop practices and tools that support you to generate rising up from a place of deep intentionality and conscious choice.

Sessions are available on Tuesday’s-Wednesday’s-Thursdays, 10:30am- 3pm CST

We first begin with Haven. This is a one time session that helps you get a feel for whether or not this type of coaching would fit for you. Once you click the link for Haven, you will be taken to my online calendar where you will book a time slot that works for you.

A typical session runs from 60-75 minutes

Totally effective. You get to be in the comfort and safety of your own home which provides so much security to your system.

Anything that helps you feel comfortable, warm and cozy. Blankets, pillows, warm socks, an eye mask, a journal and a pen, and a touchstone (something small to hold in your hand) are all highly suggested

There are three key components that make up The Rested Path:
1) Rested Body: giving our bodies physical rest first so we can see clearly.
2) Rested Voice: finding our intuitive voice that resides in our body.
3) Rested Action: using our intuition. our wild inner knowing to guide our actions and decisions so we have a more well-rested tomorrow.
Hi, I’m Krista.
At mid-life, I struggled with both physical changes and external pressures, often feeling lost, empty, and agitated despite having a seemingly successful life. I began to question if my drive and ambition were behind me, yet influenced by the constant push to do more. During this time, I started experiencing a heightened level of anxiety, despite all the healing work I had previously done.
During my yoga teacher training, a simple question brought about a deep self reflection and internal struggle for me. We were discussing the concept of when is "enough is enough" as it related to life and our often constant need to push, accumulate and strive . This deeply resonated with me and led me down a road of reflection on whether, in my attempts of building a “good life,” I had forgotten how to truly live. Through rest, somatics, and nervous system healing, I discovered that my indeed my worth was still tied to my achievements and I slowly learned to embrace doing less.
My hope is that the simple and sacred strategies I have implemented over the years to untangle my own knots, will untether you from yours. I provide trauma-informed, somatic-based services dedicated to guiding you on a journey back home to you. Through compassionate presence, somatic practices, and deep inner work, I empower you to reconnect with your inner wisdom, embrace your wild nature, and live authentically. I also weave yoga, meditation, nature-based therapies, and contemplative practices into my therapeutic work because I believe that nature, soul and spirit based practices can complement the somatic inner journey.
I believe that you are the expert on your life and that your body is the source of your truth.
As a Master Certified Coach, I will help you stay in a place of agency as I come alongside to question, encourage, hold space, and gently challenge you as you do the work to un-armor old patterns and conditioning so you can gently and bravely step into the truth of who you are and what you want, remember how to trust yourself, and build a brave and beautiful life that you reminds you how good it is to be alive.
