Sign up for Gathered & Grounded to deeply rest the parts of you that are depleted and running on empty. In these 75 minute monthly rest circles, you will experience deep rest with Daring to Rest yoga nidra. Come, gather in community and ground into the truth of who you are- a woman who deserves a life of authenticity, fulfillment, intimacy, aliveness and JOY!
You long to feel deeply nourished, seen and appreciated, yet your life feels like an endless loop of always doing for everyone else and nothing left for you.
Does this sound like you?
✓ Physically exhausted from “doing all the things” and giving from an already empty cup.
✓ Emotionally exhausted from living an “agenda driven” life.
✓ Mentally exhausted from worrying and being “stuck in your head”.
✓ Disconnected from yourself, your needs, desires, and creativity.
✓ Lonely and longing for a healthy community of like-minded women.
✓ Weekends aren’t a break, they’re filled with numbing distractions.
✓ The passion has faded in your intimate life and deeper connection feels out of reach.
You desire to slow down and live a spacious, grounded, present life.
You deeply long to nourish and restore your heart, your body and your soul.
Imagine if…
You felt radiant and alive again.
You lived life from your overflow rather than from an empty cup.
You felt rested, resourced and rooted in your wholeness.
There was space for new dreams and possibilities to arise.

UPCOMING REST CIRCLE
November 18
This month’s theme is:
Processing Grief & ReclaimingVitality
This month’s theme is Grief & Gratitude
Grief and loss are a natural part of a tapestry of life.
We are all touched by it, especially during a time of metamorphasis and change such as midlife and menopause. As a culture, we are not trained to have the skillset to be with or even talk about grief, anger, rage, disappointment. By midlife, if we have not developed our tool box ( I call these our ‘be with’ skills, meaning, skills to help us be with our big emotions) they come online double time.
Why? Because we simply do not have the "hormonal buffer" to tolerate or put up with what we may have been able to handle earlier in life.
Personal development has done a huge disservice to many of us when it comes to grief, disappointment and loss because our ‘darkness’ isn’t honored as a gift. Yet it is this very darkness that is part of our life-force, our energy that creates all things.
When grief is unmet or unintegrated, it remains in our bodies consuming a lot of our energy (often this is unconscious).
When we have the time and the space and the practices to begin to lean in to these held experiences, it often also reveals our inherent vitality in whatever way that might appear.
A glimpse of ease, lightness, spaciousness.
Curiosity in the midst of things.
So this practice of Daring to Rest Yoga Nidra will support you to begin to lean in, to begin cultivating the space to BE WITH what can feel dark and lonely during menopause and midlife.
Join me for a time of deep self-care and nourishment.

Most of our time during the Rest Circle will be spent resting, either lying down or in a comfortable reclined seated position. You will be invited to create a quiet ‘rest nest’ for our circles, to anchor and honor this time as sacred.
Whether you join us from your sofa, your bed, or your yoga mat, what’s most important is that you feel warm and comfortable.
-
After each Rest Circle, you will receive a link with the recording of our yoga nidra practice, which you will have access to for a whole month after the course is completed. This means that even if you are unable to join some of our Rest Circles, you will be able to practice these beautiful Yoga Nidras in your own, unhurried time.
-
As we will be lying down for 30-40 minutes, make sure that you have a cozy, private, comfortable ‘rest nest’ to rest in. Use any pillows, cushions, blankets, bolsters, eye pillows or anything else you have at hand to add extra ‘coziness’ and comfort to your space.
If you have lavender oil or another oil you love at home, you might choose to anoint your wrists with it before each circle.
I invite you to bring a candle with you, which we will light together at the start of our circle. I also recommend that you bring your favorite notebook, as you might choose to write down a few personal reflections towards the end of our Rest Circle.

Yoga nidra is an ancient, powerful guided meditation practice.
Yoga Nidra invites us to deeply rest physically, mentally and emotionally by leading us into a profound state of relaxation, beyond the chatter of our mind. It opens up the space for us to come into contact with our subconscious mind.
In yoga nidra, we enter the liminal space between awake and sleep states, a space where we are highly susceptible and can ‘plant seeds’ to support personal yearnings and resolutions.

The Daring to Rest Yoga Nidra method is designed specifically for individuals who identify as women. It combines guided meditation, self-discovery, and other techniques to help women connect to their wisdom and reclaim rest.
Inviting women to experience deep rest helps us feel safe in our bodies and gives us the space to connect with our inner knowing and wisdom.

After each Rest Circle, you will receive a link with the recording of our yoga nidra practice, which you will have access to for a whole month after the circle is completed.

A space to feel seen, held, and supported.
Every part of you is welcome in this circle. Trust that your body knows what it needs, and give that perfectionistic part of you some love so it can rest and release the need to get this right. You cannot rest wrong, so relax and know that you are welcomed here.
